UPPCL Recruitment 2022: Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) has invited online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Executive Assistant. Those who fulfill the mandatory eligibility criteria for the recruitment of Executive Assistant in UP Power Corporation Limited can apply online.
The registration start date of online application is 19th August 2022 and the last date for online registration is 12th September 2022. There are 1033 vacancies for the post of Executive Assistant.
Total 1033 Vacancies are inclusive of 08 Backlog Vacancies for SCs (UR: 416, EWS: 103, OBC: 278, SCs: 216, STs: 20)

Age Limit: Minimum Age is 21 Years and Maximum age is 40 Years for the UR category and age relaxation in Upper Age for all other Reserved Categories.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
Desirable: Minimum 30 Words Per Minute Typewriting Speed in Hindi on Computer.
Selection Methodology: Selection in the Post Executive Assistant consists of 02 Stages; viz., Written (180 Marks) and Computer Proficiency Test (20) yielding Category-wise and Community-wise Merit.
Selection Process: Uttar Pradesh Corporation Ltd shall Tentatively host in the 2nd Week of October 2022
A Computer-Based Test consisting of 04 Parts comprising 180 Multiple Choice Questions of Objective-Type for Maximum 180 Marks and a Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) for 20 Marks followed by Preparation of Final Merit List Category-specific and Community-wise.
Selection for Appointment to the Post of Executive consists of 02 Stages; i.e.
1) OMR-Based means Computer Based Test (CBT) and

A) Computer-Based Examination Written Test Scheme:
Total 180 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions = 180 Marks with Negative Marking of ¼ (0.25 Marks)
Part-I: General Studies: 25 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions for 25 Marks
Part-II: Logical Knowledge: 45 Multiple Choice Questions for 45 Marks
Part-III: General Hindi (Intermediate Standard): 55 Objective-Type MCQs FOR 55 Marks
Part-IV: General English (Intermediate Level): 55 Objective-Type MCQs FOR 55 Marks
A Computer Knowledge Test (CKT) for 50 Marks will be held, which remains Qualifying in nature. The Minimum Qualifying 20 Marks obtained by the Candidates will not be reckoned towards preparing the Final Merit List.
B) Computer Typewriting Proficiency Test:
The Computer Proficiency Test for 20 Marks minimum will be conducted in Hindi in Kruti Dev 010 or 016 Fonts.
