The scooter is priced at Rs 1,09,999 (ex-showroom) for the standard variant with a real-world range of 203 km (up to 236 km in ideal conditions), and Rs 1,44,999 (ex-showroom) for the long-range configuration with over 300 km of range via an additional battery pack. It can be pre-booked at Rs 1,947 on their official website.
Yulu is a Bengaluru based startup that provides single-seat electric-powered two-wheelers for city travel. Approximately 10,000 scooters are now being operated by the Bengaluru-based organisation in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi. Amit Gupta, an IIT Kanpur BTech alum, left India’s first unicorn, InMobi, and launched Yulu in 2017 and has been spearheading the company ever since.
Bajaj Auto, one of India’s largest two-wheeler companies, is a stakeholder in the Yulu company and also handles the two-wheeler assembly. In order to install more than 500 battery switching stations over the course of the next few months, Yulu and Adani Electricity teamed in September 2021.
