The Social Worker & Wellness Advocate will serve as a key member of The Village ecosystem, holistically weaving together trauma-informed practices, mental health wellness, and individual assessment into the overall practice of the Village’s organization and programming. Reporting to the Operations Director, the Social Worker & Wellness Advocate will provide therapeutic and clinical services to Village staff and youth/adult program participants (“participants”) who have been over-exposed to violence and other forms of adversity. The social worker’s responsibility involves a combination of research, personal interaction, solution development, and maintenance of programs and services for trauma-impacted staff and participants.
Salary: $56,250
Schedule: Part-time, 30 hours a week. Must work in person on our creative campus.
