Overview:
Huntsman’s Textile Effects Division is now searching for a new Business Analyst for Financial Performance at our site in Charlotte, NC. This position reports to the Americas Regional Performance Director and offers international experience, collaborating with counterparts all over the world.
As the Business Analyst – Financial Performance, you will:
• Provide support to the business to drive profit awareness. Ensure the quality, completeness, timeliness, and availability of information, data, and reporting packages
• Translate financial data into business insight
• Own and maintain KPI’s for Balanced Scoreboard dashboards across all business functions
• Transition the region to a more streamlined approach to reporting. Work on a continuous improvement of data quality and reporting
• Support forecast and budget cycles with detailed analysis
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support related to projects, opportunities, or issues as they arise
Skills and experiences required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years relevant experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting with cross-functional team stakeholder experience
• Financial and operational business analysis reporting
• Strong computer skills – Excel (Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
• Strong Analytical skills with ability to handle large and complex datasets
• Ability to build and strengthen working relationships with a wide array of professional colleagues
• Must have the ability to show initiative and own work projects to support the organization
• SAP experience a plus
• Microsoft Power BI Experience Preferred
