SaaS firm Impact Analytics has raised $10 Mn (about INR 82 Cr) from Argentum Capital Partners in its Series B fundraising round. 
The change occurs a year after Impact Analytics raised $11 Mn in its Series A funding round, which was coordinated by Argentum Capital Partners.
Prashant Agarwal founded this startup, which has offices in both India and the US, in 2015. It provides merchandising, forecasting, inventory optimization, and pricing solutions to businesses operating in a range of industries, including supply chain, retail, consumer packaged goods, and manufacturing. 
Companies are currently reassessing and utilising artificial intelligence-powered smart decisioning technology. This is why there is such a high demand for Impact Analytics’ AI-driven solutions, which enable businesses to make quick, strategic decisions based on predictive and prescriptive insights from across the retail value chain. 
Many merchants, manufacturers, and companies that produce consumer packaged goods have reportedly employed Impact Analytics’ softwareSmartSuite.Impact will use the monies generated to grow its product and service offerings, sales, and marketing activities. 
The firm received $750K in investment in 2016. Aarin Capital, Michael Herzig, and Ashish Lakhanpal from Kismet Capital are a few of the names on its cap table. 
It reported 34 Cr in revenue and 1.4 Cr in profit for the fiscal year that ended in March 2021. According to Tofler, it generated INR 29.6 Cr in sales and INR 1.8 Cr in profit during the fiscal year 2020. In the Indian SaaS market, more firms include UserStudy, Zenskar, BarRaiser, OSlash, and WebEngage.
